"I just received my order yesterday and it was exactly what I wanted! I messaged Patricia about a custom order since I saw in a couple reviews that some people with quite slender fingers had to do some fiddling with it to get it to fit to their liking. I provided an accurate ring size and asked a couple questions about the color options based on what I wanted vs what she said was available. She was always really prompt in responding and very polite. She had no problem accommodating me, and was very clear in informing me of what I needed to do to ensure my order was acknowledged on her end and without error. She even made the extra effort to send me a couple pictures of the finished product before it shipped to make sure I could see the difference in the adjustment. Excellent product, was a pleasure doing business with her! "

"About my Crafty Ring and this vendor’s customer service: I initially ordered the standard size Crafty Ring and was disappointed because it was very loose on my finger. Perhaps especially so because I wanted to wear it *above* the knuckle on my forefinger, to help guide yarns for 2-color knitting, Continental style. Intending to send the ring back for a refund, I contacted the vendor (who *makes* these rings) and the owner/maker generously offered to make me a custom sized ring to my specification at no additional charge. I was able to provide an accurate ring size for the fit I wanted, and within a few days I received a Crafty Ring that fits perfectly! It is light weight and very comfortable to wear. Kudos to this vendor for a useful, practical product and EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE :-) "

"Most of the yarn guides are tight coils -- which is fine , i guess, if your finger is "just" the right size. This guide has a simple *adjustable* metal clamp and so works better and is more comfortable than the other types. I also prefect the simple "ring with a gap" to the helix on the coil-type."
